The Marshall's Badge logo was inspired by Frank Eaton's time serving as a U.S. Marshall. Worn prominently on the uniform, this secondary mark visually represents the strength and perseverance of Cowboy football.
The Barbed Wire font was created for the new 2016 uniforms. The wordmarks, full alphabet and number set were inspired by the stylized sleeve stripe I created for their 2011 redesign, merging the vintage aesthetics of the wild west with the bold aggressiveness of the future.
In the wild west, nothing was more utilitarian and at times rebellious than a bandana… from dressing wounds, to tying up your horse, filtering out dust so you can breath, or… depending which side of the law you fell on… obscuring your identity.
Combining utilitarian toughness with innovative speed, Oklahoma State football makes a statement of rebellion and non-conformity on game day.
Custom graphics throughout... from the Marshall's Badge logo to key team-specific wordmarks, Oklahoma State football is evolving the look of game-day. Attention to craft has resulted in a premium expression of innovation and inspiration on-field.
